Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
Ultimate is the broadest Game Pass plan in this category. It includes a large catalogue across Xbox console, PC and supported devices, selected new games on release day, online console multiplayer, cloud gaming and member benefits. Microsoft currently also lists EA Play, Fortnite Crew and Ubisoft+ Classics among Ultimate benefits. The catalogue, features and device availability can change by region and over time.
Choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. A shorter code offers flexibility, while a longer duration reduces the need to redeem a new code as often. These are subscription codes, not Microsoft account credit.
Xbox Game Pass Essential
Essential is the entry Game Pass tier. It includes a selected game catalogue, online console multiplayer, cloud gaming, in-game benefits and Rewards features on supported accounts and devices. Unlike Ultimate, Essential does not include new-release games on day one. Available durations are 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.
Game access varies by title and platform. Check the current Game Pass catalogue if a specific game or PC version is the reason for your purchase.
Check Region Compatibility Before You Pay
“Europe” is a product region, not a promise that one code works in every European country. Microsoft Store accounts have a country or region, and gift-card balances are currency- and region-sensitive. A EUR code may still be incompatible with an account registered in a different country.
Before ordering, open your Microsoft account profile and confirm the account country or region. Buy only if that country is included in the code’s supported activation region. Do not change the account region temporarily to redeem a code: Microsoft recommends changing regions only when moving to another country for an extended period, and account funds do not transfer between regions.
For a Game Pass code, also check your current subscription. If another Game Pass plan is active, Microsoft may convert the prepaid period according to the rules in force at the time of redemption. Review the plan and duration shown on the Microsoft confirmation screen before accepting.
