How to Redeem an Xbox Turkey Code
Before redeeming, sign in to the Microsoft account that should receive the balance or subscription. Its country or region must be Turkey.
Redeem the Code Online
- Go to redeem.microsoft.com.
- Sign in to the intended Turkey Microsoft account.
- Enter or paste the code from the order email.
- Select Next.
- Review the product and result displayed by Microsoft.
- Confirm only if the value, plan and duration are correct.
What Happens After Redemption?
- Xbox Gift Card: the stated TRY value is added to the Microsoft account balance.
- Game Pass key: the displayed subscription plan and prepaid time are applied to the account.
If another Game Pass tier is active, Microsoft may convert the prepaid time under its current rules. Do not confirm an unexpected result; check the account’s Services & subscriptions page first.
If the Code Is Not Accepted
- Check every character and remove spaces copied before or after the code.
- Confirm that the account country or region is Turkey.
- Make sure you are signed in to the intended Microsoft account.
- Review the account balance, order history or Services & subscriptions page in case the code was already applied.
- For a gift card, check whether the account has reached Microsoft’s current balance or redemption limit.
- For Game Pass, check the active tier and current prepaid-time limit.
Do not use a VPN or temporary region change as a workaround. Keep the order email and exact Microsoft error message if support is required.
