This denomination can suit a smaller digital purchase, an add-on or supplementing funds already held on the account. The balance may be used for qualifying games, downloadable content, in-game items, apps and eligible Xbox-related subscriptions. Microsoft determines current prices and product availability.
Hong Kong Account Required
The receiving Microsoft account must be registered in Hong Kong. This HKD code cannot fund an account from mainland China, Taiwan, Macau or another region, and the balance cannot be transferred or converted into another currency.
Digital Code Delivery
After payment confirmation, the code is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Sign in to the correct Hong Kong account and verify that Microsoft displays 150 HKD before confirming. No physical card or predetermined game is included.
How to Redeem a Hong Kong Xbox Gift Card
Before redeeming, make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft account that should receive the balance. Its country or region must be Hong Kong. Check the existing balance so the redemption does not exceed Microsoft’s current account limit.
Redeem the Code Online
- Go to redeem.microsoft.com.
- Sign in to the intended Hong Kong Microsoft account.
- Enter or paste the code from the order email.
- Select Next.
- Check that Microsoft displays the expected HKD value.
- Confirm the redemption.
After successful redemption, the full gift-card value is added to the Microsoft account balance. It can then be used for eligible purchases at participating Microsoft digital stores.
If the Code Is Not Accepted
- Check every character and remove spaces copied before or after the code.
- Confirm that the account country or region is Hong Kong.
- Make sure you are signed in to the account that should receive the funds.
- Review the account balance and order history in case the code was already applied.
- Check whether redemption would exceed Microsoft’s current Hong Kong balance or daily limit.
- Keep the exact Microsoft error message when contacting support.
Do not use a VPN or temporary region change as a workaround. Redeemed HKD balance cannot be converted into another currency or transferred to another Microsoft account.
