Protect the Digital Code
The 25-character code is emailed after payment confirmation. Keep it private and verify the displayed 100 BRL or R$100 value and receiving account before completing redemption. No physical card or parcel will be delivered.
How to Redeem an Xbox Brazil Digital Code
Before activation, confirm that the receiving Microsoft account is registered in Brazil. Read the individual product name carefully so you know whether the code should add Game Pass membership time or BRL account balance.
Redeem the Code Online
- Go to redeem.microsoft.com.
- Sign in to the Microsoft account that should receive the product.
- Enter or paste the 25-character code from the order email.
- Select Next.
- Check the displayed plan and duration or the BRL gift-card value.
- Confirm redemption only if the account and product details are correct.
Check the Result
- For the Essential code, open Services & subscriptions and verify the plan, new expiry date and recurring-billing status.
- For a gift card, check the Microsoft account balance and confirm that the expected 50 or 100 BRL was added.
If the Code Is Not Accepted
- Check every character and remove spaces copied before or after the code.
- Confirm that the Microsoft account country or region is Brazil.
- For a gift card, make sure the account Store uses BRL or R$.
- For Essential, review the active Game Pass plan and Microsoft’s current stacking or conversion rules.
- Check the account balance, subscription page or order history in case the code was already applied.
- Keep the exact Microsoft error message when contacting support.
Do not use a VPN or temporary region change as a workaround. Once redeemed, membership time or BRL balance cannot normally be transferred to another Microsoft account.
