Qualifying uses may include Xbox and Windows games, downloadable content, in-game items, apps and eligible Xbox-related subscriptions. Microsoft determines regional availability and prices.
Match the Canada Account Region
This code is region restricted to a Canada Microsoft account with matching CAD Store currency. Accessing the Canadian Store from another country is not sufficient. Once redeemed, the credit cannot be transferred or converted into US dollars or another currency.

The 25-character code is sent after payment confirmation. Check that you are signed in to the correct account and that Microsoft displays 75 CAD before confirming. No physical gift card is included.
How to Redeem a Canadian Xbox Gift Card
Before activation, sign in to the Microsoft account that should receive the balance and confirm that its country or region is Canada. The account may use an English or French interface, but its Store currency must match CAD.
Redeem the Code Online
- Go to redeem.microsoft.com.
- Sign in to the intended Canada Microsoft account.
- Enter or paste the 25-character code from the order email.
- Select Next.
- Check that Microsoft displays the expected CAD value.
- Confirm the redemption only if the account and value are correct.
After successful redemption, the full gift-card value is added to the account balance. It can then be used for eligible purchases through participating Microsoft digital stores.
If the Code Is Not Accepted
- Check every character and remove spaces copied before or after the code.
- Confirm that the account country or region is Canada.
- Make sure the account Store uses CAD rather than USD or another currency.
- Review the balance and order history in case the code was already applied.
- Check whether Microsoft’s current balance or redemption limits have been reached.
- Keep the exact error message when contacting support.
Do not use a VPN or temporary region change as a workaround. Redeemed CAD balance cannot be converted into another currency or transferred to another Microsoft account.
